Ravens Consulting is providing ICT outsourcing services to Nutritional International (NI) in Dodoma, Tanzania. In this role, Ravens Consulting oversees the proper use and management of various IT-related equipment, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, network devices, and software, ensuring adherence to NI policies.
Part of their responsibilities includes implementing upgrades and updates as designed by NI’s IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) and staff. This ensures that all IT systems are current and functioning optimally, in line with the latest technological advancements and organizational requirements.
Ravens Consulting is also tasked with conducting both corrective and preventive routine maintenance. This involves regular checks and fixes to prevent potential issues and address any existing problems, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of all IT equipment.
In cases where software or hardware malfunctions, Ravens Consulting provides troubleshooting services to identify and resolve the issues promptly. This minimizes downtime and maintains the efficiency of NI’s IT infrastructure.
Additionally, Ravens Consulting offers training to NI staff on the use of software and hardware. This training helps employees effectively utilize the IT resources available to them, enhancing their productivity and ensuring they are well-equipped to handle any IT-related tasks.
